Here is our purchasing process from start to finish:
We offer an online consultation to help you understand which house will best suit your needs and budget and provide you with an estimated quote.
Book your consultation today to get your estimated quote.
$2.000 USD will reserve your place in our building queue and is offset against your first payment. As a boutique studio we accept only a limited number of orders per year.
Please be aware that you need to order your Tiny House well in advance of the date you want to start your adventure, to avoid disappointment.

CARACOLA builds your Tiny House to order, we don’t hold stock on site.
After 50% payment, we will have two design meetings for you to choose color and finishes based on our list of options.
30% payment due one month before completion.
20% final payment to be received on the day of completion.
*The complete process of construction should take approximately 4 months from the time of 50% payment. The variation in time will depend on the model purchased, and upgrades requested.
50% before construction (includes reservation deposit).
30% one month before completion.
20% day of completion.
By choosing our turn-key system option you will receive your house fully equipped, functional, and decorated by CARACOLA. Giving you a ready-to-live experience from the day you receive it.
We provide on-site delivery assistance at a small cost, calculated on distance and road conditions.

DELIVERY
1. Dispatch not included in the house price. We work with an external towing company to provide reliable delivery.
2. We only assist with delivery to the following states in Mexico: Quintana Roo, Yucatan, Campeche.
3. Delivery will be evaluated case-by-case.
