Our exterior design uses a minimalist language, keeping it simple and functional, whilst being modern and elegant.
The materials used in the exterior have been carefully selected to be more sustainable and last longer. One of our signature materials is the local hardwood Tzalam, used as a double skin in an ecofriendly way to keep the façade cooler. This beautiful wood adds a natural texture to the exterior, allowing it to blend in to most surroundings.
The interior has been designed in a smart and creative way, combining two concepts, functionality and comfort. The successful result provides a space that feels more spacious while maximizing its efficiency. Big windows also are placed strategically to visually integrate the interior with the exterior.
In the interior we have an exclusive selection of finishes, aligned with the top of the market real estate in Tulum. Chukum as a finish for all interior walls, including the bathroom. Hard local wood for the countertops, all the drawers and cabinet doors, all with a slow closing system. All the appliances have been selected based on quality and design.
The NOOK interior layout separates the sleeping area from the kitchen space. This allows for more privacy if desired, and the possibility to give a different character to each of these spaces.
With our LOFT configuration you will experience an open floor plan. This layout will make the interior look and feel bigger, by visually integrating the whole space.
